Continuous On
When freshly harvested grain or seed enters storage on a hot day, Continuous On runs the aeration fan for the first 10 hours — designed to introduce ambient air through the grain mass and help remove field heat before longer-term storage. Outside conditions are deliberately disregarded during this initial cooling phase.

After the initial cooling cycle, SiloSense automatically transitions into Auto mode — operating the fan only when outside temperature and humidity are favourable, helping avoid introducing unnecessarily humid air into the silo.
CONDITION-BASEDAuto Protect
Once seed has been stored for a defined period, the system can move into Auto Protect — introducing small amounts of cool, dry air at controlled intervals rather than long aeration runs, designed to provide maintenance aeration while avoiding unnecessary fan operation.
